And surprise, surprise... it involved bagels. (If I knew how to insert a smiley face here I would.) Fresh made bagels are probably one of my favourite things, especially toasted. Well honestly I'll even happily toast a stale bagel. Homemade Bagels are easier than most people realize. But it is a process, it does take time, and you have to enjoy baking.
