Yes. Grocery planning and shopping are included. I work around what you already have on hand and purchase only what’s needed. Grocery costs are billed separately.
Absolutely. Meals are customized based on allergies, sensitivities, and preferences. If you have specific concerns, we’ll discuss them during the initial consultation.

That depends on the package and your preferences. Packages list a general range of meals, but final quantities vary based on portion size, menu complexity, prep time and of course what has been agreed on.
Yes. All meals are prepared in your home, using your kitchen and equipment. Depending on what the menu is, we may bring some of our own personal small electrical helpers!
Meals are stored, labelled, and left ready for the week. Containers can be provided for a fee or we can use your own!
Most sessions are a minimum of 3 hours to allow for proper planning and prep.
Clients are encouraged to book at least one week in advance.
I currently offer in-home cooking services on Mayne Island. Travel outside this area may be available upon request.
Starting prices are based on a $40/hour rate, with most sessions ranging from 3–8 hours depending on the package you choose. Final pricing is based on menu selection, household size, dietary needs, and prep time.

Not at all. You can book a single session or choose recurring weekly support. Many clients start with one session and go from there.
